This session will cover how the T-Mobile Customer Care L&D team implemented a social learning platform to accelerate throughput of its leadership development program. The team started with a wide range of exceptional learning content and an ambitious 90 percent internal promotion target. The implementation of the learning platform, aptly called The Hub, was so successful that instead of needing to focus on change management, L&D now spends most of its time delivering on the needs of learners.
