M110 - 6 Keys to Having It All: Outstanding Results and an Engaged Team

Mon, May 07 | 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM | Room: 31

What do leaders who are highly skilled at delivering results and building positive relationships do that is different? This session will reveal six capabilities, or "behavioral bridges," that differentiated these leaders, according to data research. The frustration for many leaders is that an emphasis on one capability may negatively affect the other. For example, when leaders push too hard to deliver superior results, it can negatively affect their relationships with team members. Other leaders attempt to build a positive team environment, only to find that projects lag behind schedule and results suffer. The six "behavior bridges" are the secret skills that accomplish both outcomes. This session will include interactive, live group data collection and on-the-spot analysis. You will also receive a personal report during the session!
